Welcome to MORCHEW. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of morchewskin.com and any purchase you make from us. The website and store are operated by Morchew Sales LLC ("MORCHEW," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Our Products

MORCHEW products are cosmetics for external use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and nothing on our website is medical advice. Individual results may vary.

Before using any new product, we recommend a patch test: apply a small amount to your inner arm and wait 24 hours. Stop use if irritation, redness, or discomfort occurs, and consult a doctor if it persists. Some of our products contain alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs), which may increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun. Use a sunscreen, wear protective clothing, and limit sun exposure while using these products and for a week afterwards. Always read the full ingredient list and directions before use, especially if you have known allergies or sensitivities.

We make every effort to display our products, ingredients, and colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen displays them exactly. Product packaging and formulas may be updated from time to time; always refer to the label on the product you receive.

3. Pre-Orders

Some products may be offered on pre-order before they are in stock. Pre-order items are clearly marked on our website with an expected ship date. The full price of a pre-order is charged at checkout. If we cannot ship by the expected date, we will notify you before that date and you may cancel for a full refund. You may also cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships. 4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices and availability may change at any time without notice. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we may accept or decline it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers, orders with suspected fraud, or orders affected by a pricing or product error. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund the full amount.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout.

5. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy, and returns, refunds, and cancellations are described in our Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

6. Discounts and Promotions

Discount codes and promotions are subject to their stated terms, may not be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be changed or ended at any time. We may cancel orders that misuse a promotion.

7. Reviews and Content You Share

Only verified customers may submit product reviews. By submitting a review, photo, or other content, you confirm that it reflects your honest experience with the product, that you own the content or have permission to share it, and that it does not violate anyone's rights. You grant MORCHEW a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display your content in connection with our business, including on our website and social media. We do not remove reviews because they are negative, but we may remove content that is false, abusive, off-topic, or unlawful.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including the MORCHEW name and logo, product names, images, text, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to MORCHEW and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose; to interfere with its security or operation; to submit false information or fraudulent orders; or to scrape, copy, or collect content or data from the website without permission.

10. Third-Party Services

Our store is hosted by Shopify, and we use third-party services for payments, shipping, and reviews. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services linked from our website.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, MORCHEW disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any product will produce particular results for your skin.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MORCHEW and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, including reactions resulting from failure to follow product directions, warnings, or patch-test recommendations. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase. You agree to indemnify and hold MORCHEW harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our website or products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
